Third-Party Services

RTS Pro (rtspro.com)

The extension interfaces with RTS Pro to retrieve broker credit information. When you use the credit check feature, your request is processed through RTS Pro's systems. Please refer to RTS Pro's privacy policy for their data handling practices.

Stripe (Payment Processing)

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. When you subscribe:

• Payment information is handled directly by Stripe
• We only receive confirmation of payment status
• We store your Stripe Customer ID to manage your subscription
• We never see or store your credit card details

DAT One (one.dat.com)

The extension operates on DAT One to add credit check functionality. We do not collect any data from DAT One except MC numbers displayed on the page when you click "Check RTS Credit".

Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active
• Session Data: Automatically cleared after 24 hours of inactivity
• Deleted Accounts: All associated data is permanently removed upon account deletion

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of your personal data
• Correction: Update or correct your account information
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Portability: Request your data in a portable format
